The membership is valid for one year from its day of commencement.

1. Gold & Silver Club Members can call our customer care team on 022-6170000 and the Platinum Club Members can call their dedicated concierge on 022-6170001 to enquire about their balance and the respective teams will help with same

3. Walk into a Suburban Diagnostics centre and meet our reception staff

Your membership discount coupons cannot be clubbed together. You can use multiple coupons on multiple registrations. If you choose to do multiple registrations for yourselves or your loved ones on a single day, you can use multiple coupons on those multiple registrations.

We do charge a nominal fee of Rs. 150 for home visits on tests below Rs. 2,000. However, if your total bill amount is above Rs. 2,000, no home visit charges will be applicable
